Police Officer Beaded Pen

This police officer pen is a real work of art. The pen base is royal blue. The middle of the pen has royal blue fur. Next, blue, white and red waves sit upon a white silicone bead. A variegated blue glass bead sits upon the wavy beads. A police car sits in top of the blue variegated glass bead. A sparling red, rhinestone bead sits on top of the police car to finish this pen off.  This pen will be packaged in a clear pouch with a spare ink refill.
